Affiliate Program Terms
Thank you for your interest in the Avramify Affiliate Program!
As an authorised (Affiliate) of Avramify you agree to abide by the terms and conditions obtained in this agreement.
This agreement is designed to protect the affiliate (You) , Avramify and our customers. Please read the entire agreement before registering and promoting Avramify’s services. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@avramify.com
Your participation in the program is solely to legally advertise our website and its services to receive a commission on the packages purchased by the clients that you referred.
By signing up for Avramify’s Afiiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the purchase on one of Avramify’s services. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
The affiliate will be paid 10% commission on every client purchase. It is a recurring commission.
Payments
Payments will only be done on successful purchases of services
Affiliates make 10% commission off of their sales and will be paid twice per month. The commissions due are paid out via PayPal.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will not be deducted from the affiliate’s commission as we do not do refunds.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are authorised to use the Avramify brand and marketing resources available on Avramify’s website. Avramify’s logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will make sure all the information shared about Avramify and its services are accurate.
The Affiliate will not imply that they are acting on behalf of Avramify. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Avramify or their relationship with Avramify in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not use online paid advertising to promote Avramify services.
The Affiliate will not take part in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing Avramify.
The Affiliate is not authorised to refer to themselves or someone in their company or office. The Affiliate is not authorised to create an account on behalf of someone else.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Avramify will be paid for any future customer transactions.
If Avramify chooses to terminate the agreement, the remaining balance entitled to the affiliate will be paid within 60 days of termination.
In case Avramify terminates the agreement for violation of the Affiliate Program Terms, the commissions will not be paid or owed to the respective affiliate.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Modification
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
This agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Avramify’s Affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of all of these terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement by completing the Avramify’s affiliate program application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
